The Steering Wheel is an Action Block that makes it much easier to quickly build vehicles. You can add and remove as many wheels or tank treads to a vehicle as you like and then rather than needing to program each wheel individually you can simply attach a Steering Wheel block to the model and choose a driving preset.
Notes[]
- The Steering Wheel can be attached to other blocks on any side but the side with the wheel itself.
- If attached to a model the Steering Wheel block will take control of any connected wheels or tank treads.
- When selected, the Steering Wheel's bounding box displays a white arrow. This indicates the forward direction of the Steering Wheel when placed in the world (or attached to a block).
- By default, a Steering Wheel's Programming Window is set up with a Mover for control, Regular drive mode, has a Speed of 5 and uses a Turn angle of 45 degrees.
