The Laser Octagonal is an Action Block that emits a laser beam (either as a solid beam, like a flashlight, or as a series of pulses, like bullets).
Notes[]
- The Laser Octagonal can be attached to any other block using two of its surfaces: its flat back cylinder end, or its side connector plate.
- When using the Beam or Pulse tiles, the color of the Laser Octagonal's beam can be changed by painting the inset area of the Laser Octagonal model (inside the barrel, or in the vent slots on the Laser Octagonal's conical body).
- The Laser Octagonal's on/off state is fully programmable using its Programming Window - it can be set up to fire conditionally (when a control button is pressed, or only when inside a Trigger Volume, etc.
- By default, a placed Laser Octagonal adds a Beam Scripting Tile to its Programming Window. On play, the Laser Octagonal will emit a constant beam. This default Tile can be replaced or modified by the user.
