Action Blocks have unique movement and behavior abilities (as compared to static Building Blocks). Examples include Motors and Lasers. (Blocksters are also considered Action Blocks, though they appear in their own category on the Build Panel.)
Some Action Blocks simply work as expected when put into a world; however, many include additional capabilities that can be controlled by the builder. These capabilities are controlled by Scripting Tiles. A given Action Block contains any number of Scripting Tiles that can perform specific actions; these Scripting Tiles are dragged into the Scripting Window in order to set up and use.
Clicking on a given Scripting Tile in the Scripting Window may bring up a Parameter; this Parameter is controlled with a simple interface (a slider or a text entry box). Parameters are simple, top-level controls.
- Example: a Motor's Speed parameter controls how fast the motor spins.
